The complex has the shape of a parallelepiped with a structure on the southern side where there are the stairwell and the entrance; it is composed of 5 flats laid out over 5 floors aboveground and one underground used as cellars and car parkings, and it has a common stairwell equipped with an elevator.
The flats on the ground floor have a private garden and a habitable porch, the ones at the first floor have a terrace on the southern side and the attic at the the second floor has two wide terraces.
